Simmons Multimedia Canada is looking for our next creative director. As the director you will be responsible for management of our indoor digital billboard network. This includes things like scheduling and maintenance of our clients’ digital assets. Now for the fun part. Working with our team and our clients, you will create compelling content that gets noticed. This may be in the form of video ads for our billboard network, social media or web content. Your thoughts and ideas will be a welcome addition to our team. Requirements · Knowledge of graphic design, photo and video editing. We can be accommodating to whatever platforms you are familiar with. · The ability to think outside the box while being able to understand a client’s wishes and deliver content that shines. · You must be able to take direction and work as part of a team, but still manage to stay on task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. · While most of your work will take place inside of regular business hours, you understand that from time to time your services will be needed after 5pm and the occasional Saturday. · A valid drivers license. · Experience in sales would be an asset but not required. About Simmons Multimedia We own and operate 8 radio stations in Southern Manitoba and Northeastern North Dakota; digital billboard and video production services (Canada) and operate 2 local weekly newspapers (North Dakota). Simmons Multimedia Canada is looking to expand our sales team. As a member of our team you will form new relationships with local business owners and community leaders and work with them on their advertising and marketing strategies. This salary plus commission position also includes some office duties. Requirements · Knowledge of the business community in Morden, Winkler and surrounding communities · The ability to think outside the box while being able to understand a client’s wishes and plan and deliver creative advertising and marketing solutions. · You must be able to take direction and work as part of a team, but still manage to stay on task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. · While most of your work will take place inside of regular business hours, you understand that from time to time your services will be needed after 5pm and the occasional Saturday. · A valid drivers license. · Experience in sales is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
